| God created life or the Big Bang did. That's not the point of the argument! The point is what is the positives and negatives of euthanasia. God gave intelligence to beings or we evolved to our level, and people can either use that intelligence to help or hinder life. "Many evil things have been done in the name of Good" (or God: eg; Crusades, 'Witch Burning', ect.) A doctor may believe that a patient with a small chance of survival would be better used as an organ doner (saving many lives) than attempt to save the patients' life. Some will believe killing one to save many is the right thing to do, while others will believe that saving the patient would be the moral thing to accomplish. Everyone has clashing thoughts and that is because we all are raised differently and all have different experiences. Besides, does anyone truly believe that God will just decide when someone should die? That an everyday father that is gunned down by a serial killer is something that is 'suppose to happen'. NO! People decide whether to behave Good or Evil, Polite or Rude, Helpful or Selfish. So if anyone who cannot be saved (someone in a torturous amount of pain who is hundreds of kilometers away from help) wishes a quick end to their suffering, so be it. But killing someone who has a chance of survival, however slim, is a cruel manner to treat human life. Delaying death is just as bad if the delay is torturing them and no cure is forthcoming. Unless it is a strained organ that needs months of rest or a sickness/disease/poison that has an up and coming cure; the patient should have the right to request a mercy killing. |

| you dont have to have go to know whats right from wrong. if you choose to take euthanasia then you choose to meet your death. im sure it isnt like family guy where you just make a deal with the grim reaper to continue living healthy either. you may not care about what others think of you if you choose to die but what do you think about yourself. if you think your a shit hole mess you can still change that. mabye not physically but everyday try to improve whatever you do if it may be coloring a book to walking with help who knows but dont choose the easy way out. life was meant to be hard somtimes. |

Preventing someone to eat and drink till they die of starvation or dehydration is worse than euthanasia. what is the difference between euthanasia and passive euthanasia. arent they both murder? i believe that they are both wrong and everyone should live their live to the fullest. i can see why it should be legal because of the pain one must endure, but that is nothing compared to hell. |

| Okay,so im against animals being killed.I dnt get why we should decide to take their life.Yeah i mean there are some behavior issues or just "bully" animals i get that. But why shouldnt they get a fighting chance to survive.They just get judged by their breed and what someone brought them up to be.ITS NOT THEIR FAULT!!!! Were supposed to be their voices.But instead we jus tsay "oh another rotweiler or pit bull" and kill them.Or say "there isnt a chance for them to live or theyre too sick" well your wrong! We shouldnt decide to take their lives.Us taking our OWN lives is different.Its not any better.Its just as bad as murdering a human being.Arent we the ones killing them.MURDER!They dont want to die.You dont/wouldnt want someone to kill you without giving you a chance to pull through or even a family member.Well to some Pets are peoples cure and their children and their whole lives.We shouldnt take that away from someone!!!We need to stand BACK up and be their voices:) |
